Last night I was on Facebook and saw someone selling a site and I could not believe the price ($999,000).

Then I clicked on the Flippa listing and was even more surprised.

I’ll skip right to the point here - this site managed to escape HCU.

It’s a 12-yr-old food blog and it’s still getting a bunch of traffic from Google. Yes, it has a high DR but that hasn’t insulated all the big authority sites from HCU.

Here’s what the seller said about it on Facebook: Started in 2012, over 1,400 recipes, average 292k users monthly (487k views monthly)

Honestly, I don’t know what this site owner did to continue thriving.
