📉 Did Tariffs Kill Ecommerce Sites?

You don’t need to have any personal opinions on American politics to know that us online money makers might be affected by the new tariffs.

Especially people who deal with goods from other countries.

That’s dropshippers and FBA sellers.

Honestly, it’s probably most ecommerce sites that get their goods from another country.

What About POD Ecommerce?

As you may remember, I have more than one site selling POD merch. So for me, this whole tariff situation has been a big concern.

Cause I’m sure my POD supplier gets products from outside the USA.

I use Printful and this is what they sent out 5 days ago…

That was a relief to me.

But today there’s news of a sharp increase in some tariffs…so I think I’ll be getting a new email from Printful soon.

Not great news for ecommerce store owners.

I have a friend who has a Shopify store selling tea. I suspect the tariffs are going to destroy her business.

Obviously as someone who may be affected, this has been on my mind for a bit.

But I’m also bringing this up in case you’re thinking about getting into ecomm or FBA or even just POD stuff.

Or if you’re thinking of starting an SEO agency starting ecommerce store owners.

If that’s you, well, you might wanna hold off on that for a bit.
