I love seeing so many people doing directory sites.

If I’m honest, I think they’re just niche sites 2.0. And I love that.

Kinda feels like the easy days of niche sites, if I’m being honest.

Really, the structure of the site and it’s content are the only difference…but you can still have a blog on a directory site.

It’s Always Links

Cause you gotta rank that shit. But here’s the thing - the types of links that will move the needle depend on the type of directory you have.

Local directories are a lot like local SEO in terms of good backlinks.

National directories are more like niche sites, though sometimes local links are good.
