Cold Email - It’s Early Days

I don’t know what you’re working on and if cold email is ever something that you need to do, but I have a feeling you have the same thoughts on it as I used to.

Well, two thoughts.

1. No one actually responds to that spammy shit

2. It’s spam and I am lightning fast with banishing it to Spam

Then, a friend of mine needed some help with a business site and I discovered that some shady ass SEO had taken her money.

The different agencies, actually.

How did she find them?

All through cold email! I couldn’t believe it cause I thought smart people didn’t fall for that shit.

So I was like shit, I am clearly missing out on something here and I got to work learning about it.

I’m still learning about it. I haven’t event sent my first cold email campaign yet but my inboxes are almost warmed up.

What’s been one of the most surprising things that I’ve learned is just how many industries and businesses can make use of cold email.

It’s been really eye-opening.

And if you’re selling anything, even people who are doing Rank and Rent, I really suggest that you start learning about cold email strategies.

There seems to be a lot to it, bit I think learning it will be a real super power for anyone who is up for the challenge.

And remember, there are agencies that all they do is cold email setup for people or setup + run their campaigns.

Beehiiv Ads Earnings Update

Just wanna give you a quick update on how things are going for the ads earnings for this month.

Here’s what my dashboard shows today -

That total you see above doesn’t include all the emails that I’ve sent this month as there is a delay of 72+ hours before it hits the earnings total.

But you can already see that it’s more than what came in last month, and it’s clearly gonna pass $500.

Will be fun to see where it ends up once the month ends.
