🕹️ Easy Mode

A while back I said that I was starting a Pinterest traffic-focused site in the food niche.

I already had the site, I just need to get a content plan in place.

The truth is that I got busy with other things and didn’t start it until THIS month.

I know. I’m behind and might miss out on Q4 monies.

What I’ve Done

Okay the first pin for this little project didn’t get on Pinterest until October 2nd. And I always start warming up an account with just 2 daily pins for the first 3-4 weeks and then I start ramping things up.

I have missed a couple of days cause I was doing content + pins on the same day. Terrible idea.

So, yesterday afternoon I fired up PinClicks and did some keyword research. That left me with 164 keywords to target for one of the categories on my site.

Then, I opened up Cuppa and loaded all those keywords into a bulk project and set them to run. I’m using Claude Sonnet 4.5 for these articles, so I set my Anthropic credits to auto-refill if the credit balance dipped below $5.

I’d put $10 in it earlier this month and around $9.50 was still left when I did this. With a remaining balance of $14.85 that means those 163 articles cost me around $31.00 all in.

Now I need to go into each of those drafts to make minor edits, add an image from Canva, and then publish. After that’s done, I create and schedule my pins in Canva.

And my total post count will be up to around 200 by then.

Keywords I’m targeting are a mix of evergreen and Thanksgiving/Christmas-focused. I may be too late for the seasonal stuff, but we’ll see.

Things are going slow on Pinterest here in the first month, which I’m not worried about-

Today I change my posting schedule to maybe 5 pins a day? I haven’t decided yet.
