I think we all know that sites like Forbes recently got clapped by Google for their parasite SEO bullshit.

In case you’ve just emerged from a long hibernation - it was for all the affiliate content they were doing for everything from sex toys to credit cards to air fryers.

Those wankers were abusing their domain authority to rake in loads of affiliate monies.

Google warned ‘em all to stop.

They didn’t.

So, Google gave ‘em a small little slap on the wrist and just penalized that directory on their sites.

And instead of admit that they did something they shouldn’t have, Forbes is out here blaming someone else.

Lots of someones.

lol wut?

What a dumbass thing to do.

While I think Forbes deserved to get clapped (more than they did), the blame should not be placed on freelance writers.

Except maybe the ones used by Three Ships or whoever they partnered with for the affiliate content.

I just can’t believe they’d rather blame freelance writers than admit what they did.

Bunch of clowns.
