It’s Fun, But…

There’s no mistake that I’m having a lot of fun with this AI music thing.

I’m also having some frustration with it. And thought I’d have something up somewhere by now.

Here’s the thing -

If I was just after instrumental music, then I’d be done. Like forever ago.

But I want AI singing in it. And while that is easy, continuity is the challenging part.

I’ve not yet found a way to get the same voice across all the songs.

And I can use the exact same prompt for the type of music I want and get stuff that is so vastly different from what I asked for that I’m dumbfounded.

It’s really crazy, actually, that this is so difficult.

Then the other day I heard that one of the tools is gonna let you upload your voice (cause what could go wrong there).

I thought this might be my answer - if I can upload the AI song with the singer I like, THEN I can use that for all the songs.

<imagine sad trombone sound>

That’s not how the new feature works. 😭😭😭

In brighter news, especially if you’re a YouTuber, it’s cheaper to pay for one of these AI music tools for a month than paying for a month of Epidemic Sound for background music.

Plus, when you download that AI music, you’re not restricted to not being able to use it on videos made after you stopped being a paying member (like with Epidemic Sound).
