💰 Local SEO Is Popping

You may have noticed that a lot of of emails have been going out around 5pm my time.

It’s cause I got so many other things to do during the day that it takes this long to get around to it.

And the main reason for that is agency work is crazy right now.

By the 5th of this month, there was already $4K of new client work in the pipeline…and more new clients have come in since.

Ignore the people online saying SEO is a dying industry.

Should You Start A Local SEO Agency?

If you’ve been looking for a new “thing” then local SEO just might be it.

Though I don’t recommend it to everyone cause these are real people with real businesses to feed their families and real world consequences for them if you fuck it up.

Ranking in local search is super easy. At least in most niches and in most areas.

You’re not likely going to have it easy ranking for some type of lawyer keyword in NYC.

But if you can handle dealing with clients, then it’s a good way to print some money.

Sometimes it’s rewarding. Sometimes it’s not.

Sometimes the clients are cool. Sometimes they’re assholes.

Most of the time it’s boring.

Some of them have tiny budgets.

You should avoid the tiny budgets. Those clients are the worst.

So, pick an industry where the customers have a good LTV for the potential client.

Maybe try ranking a rank & rent site in the niche you wanna sell services to.

This is a good ideas for two reasons. 1. You’ll know for sure if you can do it or if you’re full of shit. 2. You can use it as a “case study” of your work in the industry.
