A friend recently sent me an Empire Flippers listing link without much context.

So, I checked it out and was really surprised.

Because it’s a niche site for sale…that was started in the last two years.

And it’s average income is over $10K monthly from display ads.

The Secret

As I was skimming through the listing I was both not surprised and surprised by one thing - the site essentially gets no traffic from Google.

Yet, here is it making over $10K a month in the travel niche (it’s niched down, not broad).

The traffic? All from Facebook.

Looking at the site’s Facebook page was where the real surprise came though - the posting velocity is only 8-10 times daily.

And the site owner isn’t doing Pinterest.

The graph in the sales listing shows that it took 12 months to start making money, but I think that’s due to it taking that long for it to get on Raptive (meeting traffic requirements).

I think you could speed run this in less than 12 months if you also did Pinterest. Maybe even YouTube.
