🤑 Online Assets You Can Flip

pour one out for niche sites

Got an interesting question from a reader the other day regarding the demise of niche sites and how I make money.

One of the things that was asked, was this - with HCU killing site flipping for the most part, what is left like it?

More on that in a moment.

But first, I’ve got another sponsor today. You know the drill 👇👇👇

I’ve Identified Two Three

The rest of that question was essentially, what do I think are the best options now for flipping. So, same business model for flipping sites, but make it something other than niche sites.

To answer this question, you just need to take a look at what brokers are selling and what people seem to be buying.

At first I only came up with two. Then I had a “duh” moment and came up with a third.

#1 - Faceless YouTube Channels

Like niche sites, people can easily outsource the process + most channels earn from display ads - but you can do products, affiliate, etc.

#2 - Portfolio of KDP Books

Again, this can easily be outsourced BUT there is really only one way to monetize here for most niches, and that is book sales.

You may be able to sell printables if you’re in a niche/genre where the audience would buy stuff like that (crafts, finance, etc.)

#3 - Niche newsletters

I’ve seen newsletters sell that aren’t even bringing in money just because they have a good subscriber count.

Newsletters give you multiple monetization options + you can pair them with a site, YouTube channel, or KDP portfolio.

If you’re stuck cause flipping sites ain’t the easy street it used to be, these are where I’d put my focus.

If you have the skills, you could also do a SaaS or app, but that’s not gonna apply to most people.

You could also sell something like a Skool community, too.

But yeah, those top three I think are the best options. Package several of these together and you’ll likely get an amazing multiple.
