Even though I’ve been doing Pinterest for sites long before it was fashionable, I still regularly learn new things.

And yesterday, I saw someone talking strategy that made me stop my scrolling on Twitter.

Are You Doing This?

Here’s the tweet that I’m talking about -

So, you can only claim your website on one Pinterest account, as far as I know. And that’s how you get Rich Pins enabled on your account.

I looked and can’t find anything that’s changed in regards to that.

So, I’m assuming the strategy here is to not put a URL in the website field on the additional Pinterest accounts?

From my research, there is something very important that’s left out of this Twitter thread - you need to use different IPs for the accounts. Otherwise you run the risk of the additional accounts getting marked as spam.

To do this, you’ll need an anti-detect browser or a VPN.
