Yesterday was the first day I’ve missed sending something out for this newsletter in like 9 months or something.

Crazy, huh?

Yes, it was Easter, but I’m not a Christian. But I was suffering from burnout.

Sure, I’d recently gotten back from two weeks of travel, but sometimes you need a vacation from your vacation.

So, I went to brunch and just fucked around most of the day. Truthfully, it wasn’t until last night when it hit me that I hadn’t sent out my daily email.

Some notes

We’ve had an odd burst of new business at Growth Cupid in the last week, so that’s been keeping me pretty busy. Plus the new Local Links Cupid service that I’ve only soft launched here.

Anyways, this tells me what I’ve known to be true for a while now…some of our prices at Growth Cupid are just too low.

So, this week the cost of the Pinterest packages is increasing. And some of the packages are going away completely. I may even just stop offering the service completely.

If you’ve been considering this service, package rates go up (or disappear?) whenever I have time to update the page this week.

I’ll also be making updates to our Expert Quote Links (HARO) packages this week. These have been working like bananas for local clients (and agencies who are white labeling us for their local clients). Again, order soon if you wanna lock in the current rates.

Sadly, I didn’t get up that new Shopify store I had the idea for last week. I really thought I’d have the time to get it live before today. So, that’s #1 on this weeks to-do list.

Also, if you’re doing client work (or want to) I’ve been getting amazing strategy docs from ChatGPT’s o3 model. So that’s something that might help your workload (or help you get started selling local SEO!).
