But, why?

Apparently Pinterest doesn’t want us to be able to see the number of saves that pins have other than our own.

If you’ve been using a Pinterest tool that shows saves, well, it no longer shows them.

According to Tony Hill, they’ve removed every instance of it from the code that Pinterest tools have access to.

This sucks because Saves are what helps a Pinterest account get more visibility. So copying a pin that was getting a lot of saves was a good strategy.

For shame.

Though thinking about it I’m surprised they didn’t hide this info sooner!
