When you set up a book for pre-order on Amazon, they sending you a zillion emails as your deadline approaches.

You gotta upload the book by the deadline or you lose the ability do setup preorders for a like a year or something.

So, it’s important to stay on schedule.

Plus, if you miss that deadline then any pre-orders you’d sold get cancelled and that really sucks.

But guess what? Sometimes the problem isn’t you.

It’s Amazon.

You can experience a glitch when uploading that means you just cannot get the file uploaded as you need to.

Sure, I could have not waited until the last day to do the upload and then maybe I could’ve asked support for help.

But I didn’t. So, here I am with the book not uploaded in time and the seven pre-orders cancelled.

Fuck.

So, we try again to get it upload and processed and see what happens.

If you look, this is something that people experience from time to time and this time was my turn, I guess.

The takeaway? Don’t wait until the last day to upload your pre-order cause this could happen to you.
