So, here’s the thing - had someone reach out with what I think is pretty good opportunity for a flip in the future.

The niche? Side hustles.

The assets? Ebooks + newsletter + Faceless YouTube and maybe digital downloads or something.

The catch: the ebook portfolio is already profitable and I won’t get a cut of those, unless I contribute somehow.

But, the split for the newsletter and YT channel will be 50/50 since they don’t exist yet.

I’m partnering with someone who has an existing audience (awesome) and we’ll grow some shit on top of that. Faceless YouTube is likely going to be mostly me (the Growth Cupid team). And I think we’ll both work on the newsletter some.

What’s interesting about this opportunity to me is that there’s the potential of just flipping the newsletter or just the YT channel.

The ebook portfolio is a personal brand (my JV partner’s) but the newsletter is generic side hustle brand and the YT will be generic side hustle brand.

I know a lot of you are into side hustles, so I may share more on the specifics at some point.

And unrelated, I’m about to attempt starting a local service-based business that I’ve been reading about. Will tell you more about that tomorrow.
