So, the video I just got caught up on over a Jacky’s channel is him announcing a PBN just for local SEO.

From what’s in the video, it seems to be your traditional type of domain for a PBN - so not niche or topically relevant. Just a domain with juice.

I’m assuming he’s only letting people with local sites buy the PBN posts.

And he’s doing something interesting and it’s no outbound links - but you do get to put your NAP details in the post.

It’s a pretty interesting idea because while it is a PBN, there’s no backlinks so it won’t be something that Google should go after.

And, with the NAP stuff, it should boost GMB/GBP rankings.

It will definitely be something interesting to watch. But not really what I had in mind when I posed the idea a few emails ago.

My idea was to create more of this sort of mini network of local sites, right? All separated by location.

Build out those sites and get the DR up, then you can get real guest posts on real local sites directly in your locality.

I had this idea cause it’s something that I need for my local clients here in Vegas.

I did buy Jacky’s local SEO guest posts for a client, but they’re essentially just random sites with good metrics that happen to allow a maps embed in the post. So, they’re not localized.

Localized is what I want. I need it for my own clients.

I can’t find anyone offering this. So, I’ve already started building this idea out for myself from the ground up.

Since most of my local clients are literally local for me, my Vegas network of local sites is gonna be a big one.

If you’ve got local SEO clients in Vegas and want in on this, let me know as this is 100% going to be a service that I start selling.

I’ve also started on building out some other cities that I have clients in. So, I guess reply back with what cities you need and I’ll put it on my build-out plan. Anyone on this email list gets in at $30/post once I launch.

I’m gonna be going hard on building this out…in about a week.

Yes, I’ve already started, but my brother and his wife are coming in for Christmas (in like 36 hours from now) and don’t leave until next weekend.
