I still think it was a savage move.

Google must’ve had a quiet convo with Forbes cause now all that content is GONE from the Forbes domain.

Though I would have thought Three Ships would just re-use it somewhere else.

But, my insider told me that today has been mass layoffs for Three Ships.

Why? Cause of the manual penalties and traffic fluctuations.

People getting the pink slip today have ranged from directors to content writers.

Just tons of positions eliminated today.

Seems like only the lower paid employees escaped getting let go.

Here’s the most interesting bit - it's been a year since they inked that contract with USA Today and they owe them one million smackers, regardless of how the sites performed.

And that’s what I know per the insider who told me.
